This document is a draft based on common practice and on how the panel actually works. It is reviewed by the seller's lawyer before it takes effect.
This document explains how the Zensyno SEO panel may be used and which uses are not accepted. It is an integral part of the Terms of Service; the definitions used here have the meaning given in that document.

2. MEASUREMENT LIMITS
- Every plan is sold with a certain measurement volume per period. The limits of your plan are stated on the pricing page and on your account screen.
- You see it on your account screen when you approach your limit; when the limit is reached no new measurement is started and your existing data stays visible.
- For usage beyond the limit you can buy an add-on plan or upgrade your plan.
- Opening several accounts in order to exceed limits, sharing a single subscription between independent organisations and artificially splitting the measurement record are not accepted.
3. AUTOMATED ACCESS
- To reach the panel from outside a browser you may use only the official interfaces made available to you.
- Screen scraping, automated sign-in and driving the interface with a script are not accepted.
- You may not share your access keys with third parties; requests made with your key are treated as yours.
- Usage that puts an unusual load on the infrastructure, raises the number of concurrent requests above a reasonable level or slows the service down for other users may be restricted.
- Unauthorised penetration attempts to look for security holes are not allowed. We expect you to report any hole you find to info@zensyno.com.
4. RESALE AND REPORTING TO THIRD PARTIES
- You may report the data you obtain from the panel to your own customers as part of the service you provide them.
- You may open separate workspaces for your customers in the panel and give them access; the workspace owner is responsible for the behaviour of those users.
- You may not resell the panel itself as your own product, transfer access as a subscription or present the interface under your own brand.
- You may not bulk extract the data in order to build a product or a data set that competes with the panel.
- You may not sell data obtained from the panel to third parties as a standalone data product.
5. CONTENT AND TRACKED SITES
- You confirm that you hold the necessary permissions for the sites you track and the data you enter.
- Unlawful content, material infringing someone else's intellectual property and malicious software may not be uploaded to the panel.
- The e-mail and reporting features of the panel may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- You must have a legal basis for the third party data you enter into the panel.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF A BREACH
- We warn you first and give you a reasonable period to put things right.
- Where usage creates excessive load, we may temporarily restrict the operation concerned.
- For a serious or repeated breach we may suspend or close the account without waiting for a warning.
- For accounts closed on this ground no refund is given for the remaining period.
- If you consider the decision unfair, you can object at info@zensyno.com.
