The amounts you see in the dashboard are the monthly plan price. The applicable tax (VAT) is calculated by the payment provider at the payment step according to your country and is shown in the total to be paid; nothing is charged until you approve the first payment. In the following periods the plan price is charged to your saved payment method. The invoice is issued by the payment provider acting as the seller and is sent to your email address after each payment is approved.

Yes. Your plan is monthly and renews on its own at the end of each period; the renewal amount is charged to your saved payment method. You see the renewal date on the My Account screen. You cancel from the subscription management button on the same screen whenever you want; once you cancel you keep using the dashboard in exactly the same way until the end of the period you paid for, and no new charge is taken.

You cancel in one step from the subscription management button on the My Account screen; you are taken to the payment provider's secure screen, where you also update your payment method. After cancelling, every feature stays open until the end of the period you paid for, no new charge is taken and you can export your data. If you want your account closed completely, sending a request from your registered email address is enough; you decide whether the closing happens right away or at the end of the paid period.

No, it happens in stages. If the period has ended and no payment has arrived, you get a 7 day grace period and the dashboard keeps working without limits. At the end of that period the account is suspended: creating new records closes, but your sign-in stays open, your data is not deleted and you can still view your reports. The limits are lifted the moment payment arrives. After an account is closed, your data is kept for 90 days.

Because package access opens the moment the payment is confirmed, no partial refund is made for the remaining days of a monthly period that has already started. In cases of duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, the service not being provided at all, or performance becoming impossible, the amount is refunded; the refund is initiated to the method of payment within fourteen days at the latest.
